1. Who we are

MotoAd is an early-stage advertising network operating in Barcelona, Spain. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is the founder of MotoAd. You can reach us at hello@motoad.es.

2. What we collect

When you register your motorcycle on this site, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (used for WhatsApp contact)
• Neighborhood in Barcelona
• Bike make, model, and year
• A photo of your motorcycle
• The date and time of your consent

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Review and approve rider applications
• Contact you about onboarding and active campaigns
• Match approved riders with advertiser campaigns
• Pay riders for their participation once active campaigns begin

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on (a) your explicit consent at signup, and (b) the steps necessary to enter into a future contract with you as a rider. You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 8.

5. Who can see your data

Only the MotoAd team. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing. We use the following processors to operate the service, all of which provide GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

• Supabase (EU region) — database and file storage
• Vercel (EU region) — hosting

6. Where your data lives

All personal data is stored in the European Union. We never transfer it outside the EEA.

7. How long we keep it

• Active riders: for as long as you participate in MotoAd, plus 24 months for accounting and tax records.
• Applications not approved: deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep your application on file.
• Bike photos: deleted at the same time as your account or application.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)
